Indoor theater
A performance of the concerto for cello and orchestra by the famous composer Johan de Meij.
Mima Jankovic, chosen to direct the play "Il Casanova" by Johan de Meij, proposes an experimental staging for this ambitious project of artistic innovation promoted by the Generalitat Valenciana through CulturArts and carried out by Artes Visuales y Teatro Pho together with ISEACV, and with the participation of more than 200 artists, students and teachers.
This risky proposal with the students of ISEACV, is made for them to be the creators and protagonists of a large format work, placing the students in front of a real production and testing their skills, knowledge and preparation.
The work with the students took place over the course of a whole year.
This great project, coordinated by Sofía Grande, involved nearly 200 students from different ISEACV centers guided by professionals from the world of Performing Arts, such as those from the Conservatories of Music and Dance of the Valencian Community and the Higher Schools of Design and Dramatic Art, who worked in the same direction, to offer an unconventional vision of the life of Giacomo Casanova. The dramatic part is inspired by Casanova's most important autobiography, Histoire de ma vie. Toni Aparisi poured his creative talent into the choreography of the work and Maya-Marja Jankovic created the visual concept, all under the stage direction of Mima Jankovic.
