"The Legend of Chess" is a show that reveals the most interesting and lesser-known side of this ancient game. Through performing arts, we travel across epochs and continents, exploring legends and realities in search of the roots of chess.
On a large chessboard, the King and the Pawn come to life and, moving through projections, start the game that takes us through epochs and continents, uncovering the peculiarities of this extraordinary game. The King and the Pawn begin the game, a long and dynamic competition full of riddles. A battle between two opposing colors filled with mischief, accompanied by a pianist who dialogues with the piece through his piano, reminiscent of the conversations of silent films.
An interactive and highly participative show in which all spectators can play, interact, and learn. The spectacle culminates with a game of chess played by the spectators themselves, transformed into the chess pieces.
